Jeff de la Rosa, owner/guardian of the "evidencedDogs" Stu and Maeve will appear in Court on Monday, March 16, 2009 to seek an ORDER TO SHOW CAUSE RE: CONTEMPT due to the willful and malicious disobedience of lawful Court Orders regarding his 14-year-old dog Maeve.
